1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreshTouch's services — including pickup, cleaning, and delivery — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Services Offered

FreshTouch provides laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, bag cleaning, sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, and leather care services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3 Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the scheduled pickup and delivery time. FreshTouch is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or the customer's unavailability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

4 Garment & Item Care

FreshTouch takes utmost care with every item. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items caused by pre-existing wear, tear, or fabric defects
  • Colour fading or bleeding due to poor-quality dyes
  • Shrinkage of items not labelled with correct care instructions
  • Loss or damage of items left in pockets
  • Damage to embellishments, beads, sequins, or embroidery

Please remove valuables and fragile accessories before submitting items.

5 Pricing & Payment

Prices are as listed on our website and may be subject to change. Final pricing for certain services (e.g., shoe cleaning, bag cleaning, leather care) may be determined after inspection. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

6 Liability Limitation

FreshTouch's maximum liability for any damaged or lost item shall not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge for that item. We do not accept liability for sentimental value or consequential losses. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7 Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled before pickup without charge. Once items have been collected and processed, refunds are not applicable. In case of service dissatisfaction, we offer a free re-clean as our first course of remedy.

8 Privacy

Your personal data (name, phone, address) is collected solely for service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to our data collection practices.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

10 Changes to Terms

FreshTouch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
